I took this photo in Amsterdam, Holland. Three Saint Andrew's Crosses were depicted on the face of a clock what seemed like the ones you can see in the flag of Amsterdam. By the way, the flag of Amsterdam is based on the coat of arms of Amsterdam. Back when I visited Amsterdam for the first time, I bought a little bottle opener attached to a key chain. The bottle opener depicts three Saint Andrew's Crosses and is painted red, black, and white just like the flag of Amsterdam. The souvenir came in handy soon after purchasing.
