The photo shows Spicy Glass Noodles Salad (a.k.a. Yum Woon Sen or Yam Wun Sen, Thai: ยำวุ้นส้น). This is one of the most popular Thai foods and goes very well with Thai beer Singha. It's like a very spicy and tasty salad with prawns or something else, but the most important ingredient of this food is glass noodles. I had it at my all-time favorite restaurant in Chinatown, Bangkok, Thailand after got a relaxing Thai feet massage for an hour plus a traditional Thai body massage for an hour. I chose a massage parlor on soi Texas in Chinatown, Bangkok. They offered free WiFi to customers during a massage. Times are changing.
