The photo shows Chocolate Souffle which I took at a cafe in Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, the Netherlands. Back when I was waiting my night flight from Amsterdam, Holland to Porto, Portugal at Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, I found a tempting cafe which is named Cafe Chocolate. I looked at a wide variety of chocolate desserts on display and ordered this Chocolate Souffle for my last meal in the Netherlands. The strawberry-topping souffle was coated with sort of hot-melt bittersweet chocolate. It really went well with a nightcap.
