I took this photo in Amsterdam, Holland while I was looking for a place for lunch. That day, I felt like something traditional Dutch food. Then I chose a restaurant where several Dutch traditional dishes were written on a blackboard next to the entrance. I selected Stamppot from the menu, but unfortunately Stamppot wasn't available at that moment, and I chose another dish instead. I had a few more days in Amsterdam, so I thought I could eat Stamppot some other day, but I couldn't. Now I wonder what does Stamppot taste like?
