Have a big blind spot
I took this photo in Ljubljana, Slovenia. It was early in December and it was a sunny day, but the roofs were half covered with snow like the photo shows. This means that I saw my first snow in 2013 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. I looked back and now I'm sure that day was the coldest day in my memory of my last trip. I didn't imagine Ljubljana was that cold. The coldest thing was my feet. I realized that after it was a little too late. It was my day trip from Zagreb, Croatia. Stupidly, I got out of my hotel in Zagreb, Croatia with normal walking shoes, and I left a pair of warm winter boots in my suitcase. A desk plan often has a big blind spot. Live and learn.
