Venice of the North

I took this photo in Amsterdam, Holland at night. That day I took a late lunch at a Mexican place near Leidseplein (a.k.a. Leiden Square) and I wasn't exactly hungry at dinner time. I just got out of the hotel and started to walk around Amsterdam to see something more beautiful, to find out something more interesting, and hopefully those things would be very memorable. When in Amsterdam, don't forget to take some photos of this unique city with canals. As you can see the rare sense of geography on a map, I can't talk about Amsterdam without saying anything about its canals. Amsterdam has been called as the Venice of the North.
