Rice is the staple food

This dish is called Vegetable rice or Fried rice vegetable in Sri Lanka. My favorite. It tastes like super spicy fried rice with vegetables. I usually took this for a lunch. I think I've mentioned that before, but again, Sri Lankan rice is amazing. Each grain of rice is not so sticky like Japonica rice, and not so long as basmati rice. Well, I'd say the length of rice is similar to Japonica rice, but texture is more like basmati rice. So, I think it's very good for cook fried rice, and it goes well with Sri Lankan curry and spice.
