This is one of my favorite Thai cuisine named Laab Moo (Thai: ลาบหมู). When I asked the restaurant to serve me the spicy one, the chef topped a lot of chilies on the top, and put a lot of garlic on the side. Fabulous. In that case, the garlic was spicier than chilies, I don't know why. I took this dish on the 5th of December 2010; The King's 83rd birthday. I went to a couple of supermarkets in Pattaya. Both of them didn't sale alcohol drinks all day due to the King's birthday. The sign said that Long Live The King.
