The grass is always greener, isn't it?!
I have still not gotten used to serving food at a buffet style breakfast. The photo shows one of my results at an exotic hotel in Pattaya, Thailand. First, I took some fried rice and put some chilies on it. Then, I took some fried meat & vegetables and some fresh salad on my side. It looked like very Thai and it was so yummy, so I liked it, but I kept an eye on any other guests and I realized that Europeans and North Americans are very good at serving food at buffet. The grass is always greener isn't it?! Anyway, Thai fried rice is my favorite. It's called Khao pad in Thai. You'll find anywhere in Thailand, but I'm gonna jot it down in case.
